Beloved family and friends of All Saints,
It is with the utmost and deepest sorrow but everlasting hope in the resurrection of Christ that I announce to you the passing of our beloved Fr. George Livanos, proistamenos of our All Saints community for the past 33+ years.
There are few words that can comfort the grieving hearts and the minds of all of us who love, respect, and will miss Fr. George. That being said, we know that our beloved shepherd, spiritual father, mentor, and friend is now basking in the embrace of our Lord and gazing into the eyes of his creator as he now celebrates his priesthood in the eternal kingdom of God.
It is at this time that we embrace his beloved Presbytera Dianthe, their children and grandchildren. In our unwavering love, we stand side-by-side with them and remain a pillar of support, strength, and comfort.
There will be a Divine Liturgy celebrated tomorrow morning, Friday, July 2 at 9:30 AM at All Saints Greek Orthodox Church in Canonsburg. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00am followed by an internment at St George Cemetery in Bridgeville. All are welcome and invited to attend.
Public visitations begins today at 4:00pm at All Saints… Trisagia will take place at various times throughout the evening.

Father George’s memory will definitely be eternal in my family’s life as he was so kind and sharing each and every day he lived upon this earth. He showed our family what is like to walk in faith and acceptance of others no matter the circumstance . There are some people who make a everlasting imprint on your heart and Father George was one of those amazing people. We will be eternally grateful for the time he so generously shared. May his family and friends be comforted with peace beyond all measure.
